Your directory, answering.

Put a public AI concierge on your chamber website. Visitors ask in plain language, it answers over your live member directory, events and deals, and hands them a real member business. Then it tells you what your community asked for and you did not have.

A visitor asks the chamber's AI concierge for a vet after moving to town; it recommends Lakeshore Veterinary Clinic and shows a member card with the business category, town, View profile and Call.

Not a mockup

This is it, working.

Every screenshot is the live concierge on a real chamber site, answering over a real directory. It can only ever say something true, because it only reads the chamber's own records.

For your members

Your members paid for exposure. This delivers it.

A directory listing is a page almost nobody visits. The concierge does not wait to be browsed, it makes the introduction.

An introduction, not an impression

A visitor asks for a plumber and one of your members gets named, described, and handed over as a tap-to-call card. That is a warm lead arriving on their phone.

A fair share, not a popularity contest

Among members who fit a question equally well, the one referred least recently goes first. Nobody sits at the top forever because their name starts with A.

Their offers get carried

A member's current deal is handed straight to a visitor as a tappable card, and the member gets the credit. Hot Deals stop being a page nobody opens.

Proof at renewal

Every referral is recorded, so the conversation stops being "you get a listing" and becomes "the chamber's AI sent you eleven people last quarter."

The part nobody else does

It tells you what your community asked for and you did not have.

The concierge logs every question and whether your directory could answer it. The ones it could not become a list: what people in your town asked for, how many times they asked, and when they last asked, in their own words. Nine people asked for a roofer this month and you have none. That is a membership recruitment list your community wrote for you, and a board slide that argues for itself.

Every chamber has always wanted to know which businesses its local economy is missing. Until now, the only way to find out was to guess.

The honest comparison

Every platform says AI. Ask what it does for the visitor.

In 2026 ChamberMaster announced its own AI: a newsletter writer and a community platform. Useful things, and both point inward, at your staff. For the person standing on your website looking for a business, the directory is still a category dropdown and an A-to-Z list.

The AI Directory Concierge points outward. It works for the visitor who does not know your categories, for the member who wants the phone to ring, and for the director who needs to prove the chamber matters. As far as we know, no other chamber platform ships a public, visitor-facing concierge grounded in the live member directory, and none hands a chamber the list of what its community asked for and could not get.
